Set in an alluring Ruby maroon base, Naqsh is cut from raw silk and builds its drama through layers of texture. The long panelled kalidaar falls in a soft flare. A neckline is embellished with zardozi gold handwork in dabka, gotah, crystals and sequins alongside hand blocked designs unfold, shifting between delicate repeats and more statement motifs, a touch of sequins, for added shimmer, flair sleeves add more statement with wide foliage details, multiple floral borders and gota edges, while the hem is grounded with layered borders and gota finishing that adds weight and structure, whilst a pure medium silk black dupatta lifts the whole palette, in gold and framed with ornate block printing and gota detailing across all sides. A fine chundri inspired Izaar completes the whole look. Naqsh is festive, but never overdone. The length of the long kalidaar is 48 inches.
