At Aghanoor Bridal, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship; however, if your luxury ensemble does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-tailored bridal wear and altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and high-resolution photographs of the garment to begin the authorization process.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unworn item back into its original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and protective garment bags are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Courier Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a complimentary pickup with our designated global courier service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
